Refund policy
At GARUDE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you decide an item isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange a return at info@garude.com
Conditions for return:
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
- All returns must include the original packaging and any accompanying materials; incomplete or damaged returns cannot be accepted
Return shipping fees:
- Europe: you are responsible for return postage.
- Outside Europe: you cover return postage and any import duties or taxes incurred when sending items back to our Ireland warehouse.
Faulty Items:
If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer support team at info@garude.com before returning. We’ll provide a prepaid label and cover all shipping costs for genuine faults.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in these cases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for damaged or defective items and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
