CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
- ITEMS MUST BE IN UNWORN, UNWASHED CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
- ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ANY ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS; INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES:
- EUROPE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE.
- OUTSIDE EUROPE: YOU COVER RETURN POSTAGE AND ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES INCURRED WHEN SENDING ITEMS BACK TO OUR IRELAND WAREHOUSE.
FAULTY ITEMS: IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM AT INFO@GARUDE.COM BEFORE RETURNING. WE’LL PROVIDE A PREPAID LABEL AND COVER ALL SHIPPING COSTS FOR GENUINE FAULTS.
